AFS Licensing
Advising clients operating funds, derivatives, and gold businesses on regulatory issues that impact their business life-cycle from licensing, product offering and marketing, client engagement to regulatory compliance. We regularly advise Australian and international clients on regulatory investigations and disputes/breaches and have particular expertise in acquiring AFSL business.
Derivatives
Our services include advising on:
Gold and foreign exchange derivative products, through CFDs, futures and options;
Trading platforms;
Lending arrangements for investment into these products;
Prime brokerage and portfolio swap arrangements.
Digital Assets
We assist crypto-assets issuers and digital currency exchanges that trade cryptocurrencies or custodians who hold crypto-assets. We assist with regulatory framework of financial products as set by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under the Corporations Act 2001, and guide through crypto activities that are not characterised as financial products.
Our Financial Services division assists financial product issuers, services providers and authorised representatives including investment bankers, stockbrokers, futures and derivatives brokers, fund managers, asset managers, researchers, market makers, credit providers and ASX Market participants.
