We request that you provide a minimum of 3 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. This provides us with the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client who may need to see a lawyer or notary public urgently.

A $55 cancellation fee, per booked appointment time will be charged for non attendance or where adequate notice to the firm is not provided. If you fail to cancel your appointment in accordance with this policy, you authorise for us to charge any cancellation fee payable from your stored payment method or no refund to the booking fees paid at the time of the booking for an appointment.

We understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation.

At our discretion we may refuse to accept further appointments for clients who do not respect this policy by continuing to fail to attend appointments or fail to provide sufficient notice.

Your booking fee is adjusted from the total service fees on completion of the requested services.
